What are the rental terms and what area do you rent out?
We rent spaces starting from 50 sq m, including both small units and large spaces. Rent directly from the owner; final rates and terms depend on the size and format, and are negotiated individually.

Is it possible to do renovations to suit your needs: remodeling, finishing, signage?
Yes, the space can be adapted to your format: we'll coordinate finishing, minor remodeling, and sign placement. All work is discussed in advance to ensure compliance with safety and appearance requirements for the cluster.

How does the process work: from the first application to moving into the premises?
Submit a request or call us, we'll select suitable options and arrange a viewing. After agreeing on the terms, we'll sign the contract, allow time for renovations if necessary, and you'll move into the chosen space.
